Overview

Institute of Image Training and Testing International™ (IITTI) is a global, non-profit organization registered in Vancouver, Canada, an unique set of standardized global certifications on soft skills for business. It is like the ISO for soft skills and The “Standard” bible. An unified, worldwide standard documents! IITTI has developed standardized tests on international business standards of appearance, behaviour, business protocol and communications. IITTI recommends that these international business images and etiquette standards be adopted in the business arena worldwide. IITTI standards is recognized by Associate Image Consultants Association (AICI)

Training Highlights

  • 2 full days classroom training (9:30am – 5:30pm)
  • Full attendance is required
  • Active participation in class
  • Exam will be arranged the next day of the training completed
  • Exam Fee: US$100 for KORNERSTONE member, US$150 for non-KORNERSTONE member

Examination Highlights

1) Passing the on-line test

  • A computerized exam, and consists of four (4) separate sections in total of fill-in-the-blank and multiple-choice questions with their respective weights of
    • 1. General 0%
    • 2. Professional Appearance 30%
    • 3. Business Etiquette 34%
    • 4. Dining Etiquette 36%
  • 1 hours (50 multiple-choice questions)
  • Passing rate : 75%
  • The IITTI examinations provides two difference languages Chinese and English

2) Record 1-minute “open interview” video (www.Rocktell.com)

  • A professional appearance is required
  • Speak clearly with effective communications skills
